last night I grabbed dinner from my local neighborhood 7-11

it consisted of:
one spicy big bite hot dog
one bag of lays classic potato chips
and one 24 oz. Newcastle


this is one of my favorite meals...

it's also part of the reason I run almost everyday
I have to exercise a lot to offset the junk food intake

my shower= the frozen abyss

the hot water has been off at my apartment complex for a couple days..
I'm living like the penguins every time I take a shower.

It's freezing, but it's kind of fun and it wakes me up quick.


It's a cold, cold world on the other side of that shower curtain.
I had to take a cup of coffee in with me this morning to keep warm.

I completely forgot that I had already done a watercolor of this.

I was almost finished with it and had a flashback of the other one.
it was one of the details in the end that jarred my memory,
I felt like I had used the exact same brushstroke before.

Karl Addison and I were out putting in work. We ran into two women on one of the street corners, they asked about the penguin and fed us some apples.. I needed the delicious apples, thank you so much!!

I ran a couple miles before we hit the streets and hadn't eaten anything.. for dinner I ended up having:
1 blue moon beer (bottle)
a couple handfuls of sunflower seeds
1 apple
2 glasses of Manny's
1 bag of Funyuns

I didn't have all this stuff at the same time either, so it wasn't a proper dinner.
I think I got all the recommended vitamins and minerals.
